You're talking about Yahoo's submissions from the view of a surfer. She's talking about their paid submissions from the view of a webmaster. People do in fact pay $600 for a guaranteed review and that's it. In that situation she is right...people said Yahoo could never get away with charging for a review, but they are and they will.
