No one knows yet. If it was implemented as it was written back in the summer as a TGP owner if you have sexually explicit images on your site you need a copy of the 2257 info in your office as well as links on your site to where this info can be found (ie. name, address, phone number). However, as the law has not been published for examination this is all just speculation. Wait and see what was actually signed into law. Once it is published you have 30 days to comply. This law will be challenged as soon as it is presented. If the challenge succeeds they will have to rewrite the law or scrap it all together.

If you have a text TGP you are more than likely not affected by this law as I doubt it requires you to have 2257 info for sites you link to. If it did Google, Yahoo, etc. would also be required to have the info on hand.
