I would say that These days if you do not have AT LEAST Flash Player 6, is because you have : a piece of Shit Connection and a Piece of Shit Computer.
You cannot stop creating new ways to promote your stuff because of those people!! 
If you create Something like that, and make it work with Dynamic Images, make sure you save it as Flash MX and using ActionScript 1.0...
