I took that as more of a celebratory thing, and not in the vein of bragging. I did not see him ask anyone if they thought what he was doing was right or wrong though.
I still say if you are against something like that (which is legal), you are wasting your time crying and whining at one lone "offender" when you could be actively working against the entire practice by attempting to have the laws changed.

It seems to me that there is something of a more personal nature behind this sudden attack than fluff is letting on. Otherwise he's just wasting his time with the little picture.
