Ahhhhhhhhhhhh i think i have found the most unreasonable and impolite company in the history of the earth.
I mentioned to them that i wouldnt be paying for a domain because i didnt want it, didnt win an auction and it would have pushed me into overdraft (i later found out i was violating terms). They immediately closed my account and said i would get a refund, i didnt ask for this but thought, okay why not i only had shite domains anyway. I havent recieved the refund 5 days after they told me they had sent it. Ive emailed to ask a few times in that 5 days whether it had been sent and they have said "ask your bank", it has fuck all to do with my bank whether they have sent it or not.
I then realise today that i had changed my card details to stop them from charging me for the domain, maybe they had sent the refund to that card. They wont answer that question, start at the bottom
Evan,
We are polite to paying customers. You are no longer considered
a customer. I'm not looking into your issues any further. Deal with
your bank.

the refund still hasnt shown up in my account, i would like you to look
into why this is, my bank is halifax in the UK. I would expect a
company of your size to have more polite staff.
Awaiting your response

Subject: Hi, question
i was due a refund to my account - evanmorgan. It hasnt shown in my
bank after about 4-5 days, fraudcredit are rude and dont answer
questions, so i thought i would email you. I need to know, was the
refund paid to the card listed in my enom profile, or the one that the
purchase was made with. I need to know this because i changed my
details in order to stop a domain that i didnt want to purchase, going
through. This is why my account was deleted in the first place, because
i didnt want to pay for a domain...So, what i need to know is
was the refund paid to - ############### or the listed Debit card
if it wasnt paid to the card number above then i need you to refund it
to that number instead, you will be able to see from your records that
this is the card used to purchase the names.
If it was sent to this address then i will have to persue my bank on
this matter, could you please be very certain about this when you give
me the answer.
Thanks
Evan
