i agree. i was talking to a woman from wachovia the other day regarding a moron who wanted to dispute an order. i gave her every ounce of info i had in front of me (which was substantial). she told me she would not process the dispute, and would put a note on the customers account if he called back and tried to process this with someone else. i asked her if banks were cracking down on card holder disputes and she said wachovia was.
