do we know each other?

did it occur to you that i might have read up on the subject?

before opening that shitter you call a mouth and spew the typical GFY expressions, please use that gray matter before posting your baseless comments and throw in a class or two on reading comprehension also.

i never said mcdonalds DIDNT use 100% beef. i said the parts of 1,000 cows goes into the making one ground beef patti.

all comercial ground beef comes from the cheapest cuts and other cow parts.

do you really think mcd's is using ny strip or the most expensive parts of a cow to make their patties and the cows are grass fed?

do your homework on what mcdonalds say they use - their website says it uses "100% pure beef" which is any edible part of a cow.

they dont advertise

USDA PRIME

USDA CHOICE

USDA SELECT

USDA YEILD

Mc d follows the USDA Mandatory Inspection

The mandatory inspection concentrates on the safety and wholesomeness of the meat and not necessarily the quality.

this is what mcd's follows in regards to beef - taken from their site

McDonald's Beef Safety Fact Sheet

McDonald's Prohibits Specific Risk Materials (SRM): McDonald's has long-standing, rigorous controls for our suppliers that require the strict segregation of all Specific Risk Materials (SRM) in the production plants where we do business. McDonald?s has never allowed the use of SRMs.

McDonald's Prohibits the Use of AMR (Advanced Meat Recovery): McDonald's has never permitted the use of AMR in our beef supply system, and never will.

McDonald's Prohibits "Downers": McDonald's does not allow the use of "downer" cattle.

McDonald's Demands Feed Grain Certification for All Suppliers: In 2001, McDonald's created and implemented a stringent feed grain certification program that requires signed affidavits from our suppliers that verify that their animals have been fed in 100% compliance with federal guidelines. This requirement ensures that cattle in McDonald's supply chain are fed with only safe and wholesome feed - in compliance with the feed ban implemented in 1997 by the USDA.

McDonald's Requires Independent Audits for All Supplier Facilities: McDonald's conducts regular, independent, third-party audits of McDonald's supplier facilities, including unannounced audits. These comprehensive audits safeguard that the strict policies above have been adhered to throughout the supply chain process.
