Chesapeak Bay Blue Crabs
Ate about a quarter of a bushel of these bad boys today....they were somewhat small honestly...made up for it in taste tho..(first batch of the season) but around June/July they get absolutely huge!
One of my favorite seafoods....it takes quite a bit of skill to take on crabs...the novice often leaves the table with bloodied hands & fingers. But to the pro's...its one food you just can't live without in the mid-atlantic.
