So this working stiff who works in downtown Los Angeles buys his Lotto ticket at 3rd and Broadway last week. Jackpot 56 Million!!!!!!! He has the only winning ticket with all six numbers. Five days after learning that he had won, he calls the Official Lotto office. He apologizes for not coming in to claim his 56 mill in winnings. He says he has to work "double shifts" lately and didn't want to impose on his co-workers to pull one of his shifts so he could go and claim his winnings!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!!!!
