Not to mention the person behind the camera following her and zooming in. Liquor stores dont pay people to watch their cameras, they just record, which is why in NO OTHER VIDEO of store robberies do you see the camera move.

Actually you are probably mistaken, this looks like a medium to large sized chain store in which they have the liqure/cigars/cigarettes section separated from the rest of the grocery store..
She looks to be seeing if a customer from the other part of the store is coming around the corner to enter that designated area..
THe panning camera would happen if a security tech just happened to be there at that point in time.. It was probably trained only on the check stand before. And he moved it when he saw she was doing sneaky shit..
Chain stores routinely have security agents that spend 1 day per week or month at a store on their route to ensure people are not up to shady stuff.. They are usually undercover and slip un noticed into the security office..
I'd bet this is 100% real... WHy would you want plastic/glass tubes in your pockets that you can identify as cigars with tight pants on?
