| yoga is good, there are also many other workouts that tighten it.  For example, if you are in your couch at home, pull your body off the couch, leaving your back on it, so your legs and buns are off of it.  Keeps your legs in a 90 degree angle and keep your stomach flat.  Your torso needs to be parallel to the floor.  AFter a few minutes youŽll feel it. |
