Where did you get a 90% minority prison population statistic way over there in the ukraine? I'd like to see where that is true.
What I'm saying is that there is NO REASON that a person should get 15 years for killing two people while others (black or white) rot in jail over bullshit drug charges.
It's not a black or white thing...it's a MONEY and POLITICS thing. What can the government seize from some poor basterd drunk driver? Now what can they seize from your average dope dealer?
I had bought an ounce of weed once but it was divided into 12 seperate bags...I got caught with it and charged with intent to distribute...Even though I just got paid that day and could prove that I made the few hundred dollars in my wallet from my shitty ass job, they STILL confiscated it.
HOw hard is that for people to understand? It's FUCKED UP.....Harsh drug laws are stupid and are filling up our prisons with people who don't deserve it while drunk drivers and child molesters get to walk the streets after a few years.
The dude who just killed those two little girls was just released from prison last month..HOwever that woman allowed him to act as a father figure towards her own daughter?...Now the kids are dead and the dude is trying to say that one of the girls pulled a knife on HIM...
