I asked about work that a designer created and likes for one reason or another.

Thats my job as a designer. Your job is is to drive them in, thats a huge difference. As a marketer you should know your job is to communicate what has been produced in innovative ways, not dictate whats is to be produced.

The funny thing about Marketers is they think they can do anything which is really just silly.
