theres a guy in my city I nicknamed simply "scary black guy", he always walks up and down wilmington pike in kettering, usually with a ball bat.. biting on his keys
he also screams at traffic and to himself.. his best friend is named "natedog"
never talked to the guy.. this is just what ive gathered from driving past him for 2 years and hearing what he was screaming about
