Had it replaced three times, thank goodness for extended warranty. First time something to do with the power, second time the screen went screwy. Third time overheating which lead to it shutting down. On the fourth one now. I now will only buy Dell since I have had wonderful luck with them. I also had an HP Pavillion laptop once. OMG, what a piece of junk that was. But I am inclined to think it was because of the OS.
