The Logo was created in Lightwave 3D. I used the modeler to bevel, extrude and surface the text, then I setup lighting and rendered the final logo. Photoshop was used to create the rest of the design, including the reflections from the logo onto the interface.
I think there are some good designs in the mix, although none with this caliper of graphics. I hope the final judges realize this, and stick to the "Rules". Did the designer make the site within the time allocated, is it a new design, are the pages under 200k in file size? I also noticed a handfull of these top sites were uploaded after the deadline.

all the other designers are like yeah good work everyone and u and cinydlie are all wow my site is the best blah blah
get real if u had any modelling skills u would be rocking maya in a 3d game or movie /tv studio not using second rate 3d apps to a small part of their potential
