Agreed. 100%. It's also fairly ovbious which sites are doing the cheating, if you watch which ones are actually moving up in the ranks. (ahem -

I think the only fair thing to do would be to wipe the slate clean, and create a new voting system that actually has a start and end time. Make people log in (ONLY people with GFY IDs) and they get to vote once and only once. The current system is apparently just too easy to cheat.
