I've noticed that while i've put such tremendous amounts of efforts towards expanding Bluewire that there is now an extra 5-10 on me...6' 1" 190 aint fat...but i'm deffinitely feeling a little softer than i'd like to

. Used to go to gym like 4 days a week...havent been there more than 5 times since october cuz i've been working my ass off.
So what do you guys to keep those studly figures when time is an issue?
