I looked at all the tours -- EVERY FREAKING PAGE, and it ended up taking way longer than I thought with the errors and all -- and I'll tell you what I based my voting on. Not that it matters, since only LoveAsianChicks likes me anyway ;) -- but this is what I looked at in them. And they aren't in order since it was more of a total deal for me. I started EVERY site with 5 points and went up or down from there to vote.

a. graphic ability -- shit that was chopped up around the edges, not blended well, or on the other hand, stuff that was way too far out there, regardless of niche. The bottom line on a paysite tour is what will it do, otherwise the contest should have been to simply make a site, any site, not a tour. If it didn't fare well graphically, points off for that in my head.

b. sellability -- as a surfer would it interest you enough to keep clicking or hit the join now? if not, i took off points in my mind.

c. ease of navigation -- I have to say it, MY favorite tour had the freaking button on the first page hidden so well I had to look for it. If *I* cant find it, how is a surfer who wants to see more going to? Points off for that.

d. was it fitting to the category it was selling? I saw some tours that would have been better suited to the vanilla mega site niche than what they were selling, so I took off points for that.

e. innovation -- I also saw a great tour, was among my favorites, that was just flat. It didn't have any snap, crackle or pop, which could have easily been added -- hopefully this tour will be sold to someone who says can you rework a little of this, a little of that, and it will be all that it can, not just what it is. This one could add or subtract points on my mental scale.

My final checkpoint was this -- IF I were going to pay for a tour for a site for X category, would this one cause me to say, WOW, this is as good as some of what I know is out there and wasn't represented here. If it did, I added points back on for that fact alone.

So that's how I personally judged the sites, and no, I didnt even attempt to find out who built any of them.

I've talked to a couple paysite owners and we found a couple to be very interesting.

So once again, when it's all said and done, if you weren't doing work for someone on contract, and your site is good - what someone is looking for -- or just plain good, consider it sold, and possibly a good bit of contract work coming your way as well.

Good luck to everyone
Holy crap. That's way more complex than my system.

I gave the first site a 1. The second site a 2. The third site a 3....
