most ferarris (think 360 modena) and all porsches build today depreciate. buying a newly built car today is almost sure to depreciate (and very quickly) regardless of brand.

15 years from the time you bought it, it may become worth something, but extremely unlikely. waitiing lists mean nothing. i had to wait 6 months for my S2000. the lexus IS had a waiting list when it first came out. the MB sl500 has a long waiting list. So does the M3 convertible. same with the new lexus sc430. all will depreciate like a mutherfucker.

then there is something call inflation...
