why is your view so lopsided? i think of marriage, in a metophorical nerd sense, much like an SSL Guaranteed Secure Connection Graphic on an order page... it is simply a stamp on something that already exists.
if you're with someone, who you've been with for years+, and you're happy / content with them... what is it that you aren't gaining out of marriage? you know, if you're with someone who is really right for you, you won't have urges significant enough to be with another woman to actually act on them. because you would realize that 20 minutes of temporary physical satisfaction is not worth potentially losing something much more important and meaningful.
