I'm having a child with a woman that I'm not married to, marriage isn't a requirement for a child either.
1.) If you want to know why to have a kid, then have one... and then ask yourself again.
2.) If you want to know why you should get married, then find someone you want to spend the rest of your life with, someone you can't live without, get married to her and then ask yourself the question again.
Until then, you'll never know. And that is the FACT.
