So what do you think we should do to stop it? Make the hospitals keep flipping the bill? Lock the hospital doors and let them pile up outside?
Hell we can't even stop them, from crossing the boarders let alone keep them out of the hospitals. Illegals are never going to stop leaving their own country until they have a reason not too.
Mexico is basiclly the 3rd world country next door.. until that changes we will continue to have these problems.
