25k, yeah that might be for some bank but normally, you don't need that much money in order to have a offshore account.
I already got a offshore account, but the bank no longer doing business with foreigner, so that's why I am looking for another bank.

Ill help you, free of charge : there is no - I repeat no - offshore bank anymore that accepts 1. adult and 2. personal accounts.
So you can do 2 things, 1. open a new account take the risk and see if they keep your money like the last Lithuanian bank (do a search) or 2. make proper arrangements, cough up and be safe.
Let me remind you 2 weeks is all it takes to find your account if its on a personal bases. I can and so can the IRS.
