On the 7 of April I bought a dvd in this website " skanmedia.com" . I don?t have the dvd yet, and I added a member of the support, and him don?t answer my messages in the ICQ, and by email it's the same. the support is too bad.

I paid 100 U$S, and I?m still waiting for my DVD.

the support, is just.. incredible?
