Agreed. I personally wouldn't as I do not want to get sued, or the models trying to try something later. Sure, flirting and all that goes on in a shoot just like with others sometimes but I would never fuck someone on payroll.
I know some other photographers who have fucked their models, made booty calls, and alike. As well as some who do not get proper documentation, and so on running their business more like a brothel than a business, but to each their own.
I try and treat them just like a normal employee at a normal non-porn business, and it works for me. They refer their freinds, and word of mouth that you are on the up-and-up is a lot easier than trying to recruit, and find new talent all the time.
