Clearly the criminals are no longer afraid of the police. Let's make an example of them. You get caught in a stolen car and refuse to pull over just fucking blow them off the road. Perhaps if that is shown enough on TV criminals will think differently.

Just because this arsehold stole a truck - I don't care what color he is - it's now gonna be a huge bill to us, the taxpayers.
