Well, I have a design I was working on with a person in the Phillipeans that was actually doing a decent job. Then, he disappeared, which is odd since I haven't even paid him yet lol
I have a specific look for a site I am looking for, and I would like to work with an offshore solution provider. This is for a mainpage template, logo, header, and link buttons. Mainstream, but definetly looking for someone with a very cartoony look to their designs.
