Im really sorry to hear that, but I can tell you this: Dont try to forget her because it will be worse, keep this relationship as a good thing that you have. Only time will heal the pain.
A similar situation occured to me 2 years ago(without the girl travel)
I always remember her and yes it could be painful but IŽll keep it as a good time in my life. Now I have another girlfriend and we love each other.
