well then you would know that they weigh them right as soon as they sieze them, so it looks nicer in the papers.. because they can say 1.6 million dollars worth of marijuana seized... btw... they also don't count a pound as 1600 dollars... they see it as 448 grams x 10 bucks each so 4480 dollars a pound... and they weight everything wet... leaves and all....
