There's nothing that prohibits multiple C classes on a virtual host, but only a minority requests seperate C classes - also our virtual hosting system does not allow the user to choose his dedicated IP, as the purpose of a dedicated IP is to have 1 single solo domain. So if we had several C-Classes there would still be a case where a user could buy 2 dedicated IPs and get them both on the same C-Class. To avoid this we do not offer different blocks, but can assign them manually outside of the virtual hosting platform.
