Also to clear up the confusion. It does indeed need to be 200 new joins per day for at least a week. (So 1400 in 7 days)
If you read all the quotes you'll see that this was the number he was rubbing in everyone's face, 200 Joins a Day
Rebills aren't joins, they don't count.

So now there's 2K on the table for something that will take you 5 minutes, MiniDickX....put up or shut up.
Although it seems you've already opted to shut up.
