The really funny thing about that former co-worker of mine is that it was actually another black guy that pointed out his behavior to me.
Another funny thing is that when Mr. Black Co-worker would start with the ebonics talk, the other black people he was around didn't reciprocate and start talking all ebonics themselves, and they eventually started to make fun of him because they thought he was trying to be more black than black.
