did you ever think for a second that any one of the stats you mentioned might be a direct result of the same things you dont like..
All it takes is 1 racist judge to wrongly convict a few black people of murder and the first stat you mention goes up..
Thus the family of the wrongly convicted man now has to go on welfare
thus now his kids have no role model or money and have to resort to stealing to stay alive.
Thus increasing the amount of black men in jail.
Thus increasing the amount of children born out of wedlock
Thus they have no money to tip.
Thus they will be loud and disrespectfull in a theatre because they know they have a snowballs chance in hell of making it past 30 so why no live it up while they are young..
It doesn't mean you "cop out" everything on the poor black man, it means realise there is a cause and effect to every scenario.
