Definitely. Whenever I order, I emphasize "ketchup, NO mustard". Otherwise the burger will taste like shit. I'm from Jersey as well, and a veteran White Castle eater - I cannot believe the mustard-on-your-burger is the standard. I feel bad for those of which, never had white castle, and assume ketchup is not needed.
