If you don't commit crimes you receive zero jail time. Do you think that it all has to do with sentencing and not the fact you're in front of a judge in the first place? 4% (white) vs. 33% (black) can not be explained away so easily.
How many black males even have a father present in their lives is a better question. You think only well-monied white folks find themselves in front of a judge? No poor white people? Please.
