Entertain the possibility??? LOL you obviously don't know me. You think I am a noob? just stumbled across the interweb thingy a few days ago? I've been trying to educate people about this for years... most poeple don't want to listen. It gets old after a while. sometimes i sit back an laugh at the summer slow downs in april and the " pope died and my sales have been shit since" other times i feel the urge to try to help, but hey what do i know?
I really need to write a book about the "slow down myth" and just send out copies, 9 out of 10 of you believe in it.
Problem 1 with your thinking.. mainstream does not equal adult internet. need to erase that from your head.
Problem 2 with your thinking.. internet is not just US surfers.
Problem 3 with your thinking.. you talk consumer spending like that makes a shit of difference. Trying to compare porn to purchases of clothing, food, or new cars or houses ?? How many people here smoke. How many of you stop when consumer spending is low
Porn is like smoking, people not going to stop. They will cut back on buying new shoes or going out to dinner but they not cutting back on their porn. Infact for a lot of people it gives them comfort. Ah, just got liad off today, go jerk off to a hot chick and make myself feel better. etc....
Problem 4 with your thinking.. how it is possible to have people doing good durning these " Slow downs" how is that possible. If it is really bad why would it not be bad for everyone ? LUCK??
Answer that one question for me and I will stop right here. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THERE TO BE A "SLOWDOWN" BUT YET THERE IS STILL PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING GOOD OR EVEN BETTER THEN NORMAL ?
