indeed i have been dealing with some issues as of recently, some you are aware of some i feel is downright no one's business - however you have every right to react the way you did; we made an agreement to provide you with an application within x ammount of time and you paid me a down payment for it. i did return the down payment (long before this thread was posted) and you gave me another shot to get it completed, you were not comfortable giving me the downpayment and i wouldn;t have even thought of requesting one due to the issue. after another session of me disappearing, i sent you a message stating i was very understanding of your messages to me (i had a few well-deserved offline messages - at least well deserved as far as my professionalism as far as these events have unfolded) and provided you with a link to the demo area of the flash and php code as well as a zip with all the source files (it was not at 100% completion, but alot of work had been put into it and would've needed only a bit more work on it; but i knew i didn't have that time with the circumstances at hand)... i did not and do not expect payment for this, as i know i wronged you - nor do i expect an appology nor understanding from you in regards to the matters... it boils down to you didn't get a product in the time frame stated; and i didn't deliver; regardless of any personal issues i was having i take full blame...

i'm not sure if i sent you the message with the source/files before or after this message was posted; no hard feelings from my side as i understand where you are coming from.
