Granted, and it is a good point. And a lot of people should realise that. It could mean a lot less mindless hate.
But, saying that, minimising the possibility by screening arab people is still something that i feel the american government is obligated to do. They are obligated to protect the population of the United States.
If someone wants to go to the US, they should respect that they would like to maximize security. Being screened is a small price to pay to leave a shithole like Afghanistan, and going to a country where they will actually have some oppurtunities to live a decent life.
