1. they work less
2. their site is old and stale and needs to be updated
3. their sponsor's content they are using is old and stale
4. they might have server side problem, so bandwidth, etc...
5. their traffic source might be geting saturaited.
6. the new traffic their buyng might suck
7. their traffic suppliers traffic might start to suck.
address the points above and you can fix the problem... now if you want to kid yourself... believe these:
1. it is a slow time of the year.
2. my sposor is shaving/scrubbing. (they all shave / scrub)
the two above you can not control, you cant control what your sponsor does and you can't control the time of the year... (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) therefore since you cant control it there is nothing for you to do. This is convient for people who make excuses. typically when you make excuses you are not looking to fix a problem. Instead like people group together and bitch about that damn summer slow down, even if it is still april/may.
