I suppose I should mention that this domain name is great for a college related portal and I feel it has potential to become a money maker like several other popular college related sites.

I simply don't have the time to develope it on my own. So this is a great opportunity for someone that wants to expand into this aspect of online marketing. I'm willing to entertain any ideas regarding my offer.
