I have my daily transaction limit increased to $10,000 and my ATM limit to $1,200. These were just limits chosen by me. If I recall that right, I could have increased that to $30,000/day or more etc...
You'll need to fax in: 1) copy of your passport, 2) copy of utility bill with your address on it and (I think) 3) a current bank account statement
