i agree it definately has to do more with the level of confidence that you have and express to people. if you come off as that guy who's quiet and shy a chick aint gonna wanna talk to you they'd rather talk to the guy who has something to say even if they are an asshole. you can be both though a nice guy and an asshole you just have to know when to be a dick or else it aint gonna help you get anywhere with a girl. Girls tend to take advantage of the "nice" guys because they know they can... simple as that
