Yeah...it had nothing to do with the fact that he was being beligerant or threatening nor does it stem from the fact that he never mentioned that he was on the phone with his mother in Iraq. The teacher should have just read his mind or used some other kind of super hearing to listen in on the call. Instead, this poor black youth is being punished unjustly.
