fuck those fad diets, youll never be able to maintain that for the rest of your life - the body needs a balanced diet.

ive lost 35 lbs in 3 months just doing 2,000 calories a day.

and i eat whatever the fuck i want.

exercise helps too. i just walk or ride a bike for 30 min a day.

daily caloric intake varies - a persons height and wether theyre male or female dentotes what the intake is.
