If my mother/father was putting her/his life on the line to keep everyone else safe and happy , you can bet i would be carrying a phone with me at all times.
Besides the article says kids are allowed to have phones at the school , they just arent allowed to use them during class. ( he was at lunch )
Who the fuck cares what the rules are anyways, the kid told him why he was talking to her, i think people can make exceptions.
