Many of my clients I have had for YEARS, and I don't have to give "SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS" to secure their loyalty. The quality of your work, for the price you normally charge, should be enough to keep clients coming back!
But then again, nothing in the adult biz suprises me any more ... We are the same ones who have hordes of people lining up to pay for the PRIVILEDGE to submit to TGPs, with no guarantees of listings
I am not looking for a piss match here ... I am just not understanding the concept of having to BUY your loyalty? |
This is not a new idea or practice. Mainstream businesses have been using this type of contract method to work with service providers for years. First, let me say that I don't expect anything for free here or ridiculous prices. Every time I have worked with a designer on any project, deals are made for quantities. etc. This is not different, but instead of negotiating each deal and getting bids on every project, you do it once or twice a year, and the winning designer gets the business. Its not about buying loyalty, but making longer-term deals in a highly competitive market. You are not selling loyalty, but negotiating a long-term purchase agreement.
I am not trying to screw anyone. If this type of deal does not interest you, then don't submit.
