to get the most out of the shoot, you must get the most out of the model. she must feel safe and relaxed (like you're not there to get in her pants) but you must give her the idea that she is the most alluring creature in the world.
so you talk to her in a sweet way as you shoot, telling her she is beautiful, stroking her ego, telling her she is exciting, she is hot, blah blah blah.
and, as if by magic, she opens to you and gives you the images you need.
and when it's in the can you come back to earth.
works every time.
