Miller argued, basically, that since there was a plot to Deep Throat, it was, in a way, legitmate art...sex just happened to be in it. The judge agreed, and, in fact, this is the only place in the country this thing has been tested...that's part of the reason Porn Valley became Porn Valley.
Pandering is paying people to have sex in front of you, whether or not there's a camera in the room. In my state it's a Class 6 felony...SO, the moral of the story is...make your porn have a "plot" no matter how silly it may be!
