If they aren't what you want replace them with another chick and keep going until you find one that has everything you want then start a long term relationship with her. I know it sounds tiring but dating doesnt mean seeing each other every day and spending 4 hours with her. 1 time a week for about an hour is enough for you to get to know them and replace the ones you don't like.
